Python-taiga 0.8.0 released!

python-taiga is a python module for communicating with Taiga.io, a new
project management platform! For more info https://taiga.io/

This release includes:

- Add docs
- Add Add project/<project_id>/issues_stats api call (thanks @bameda )
- Improve speed and stability
- Minfixes
