This is a port of virtualenvwrapper for Windows using Powershell.

Features:

* Retains (most) virtualenvwrapper features (save those unsupported on Windows by virtualenv)
* Reuses most of virtualenvwrapper Python code

Requirements:

* Powershell 2.0
