[Python-announce] Pygments 2.19.1 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Pygments 2.20.0. Pygments is a
generic syntax highlighter written in Python.

Pygments 2.20.0 is a major release addressing many bugs and also adding 
a new lexer. See <https://pygments.org/docs/changelog/> for details.
