Yes, but that's only relevant if the executable was buitl with Watcom C. 
It seems unlikely that anyone is building GS from scratch with that 
compiler nay more, and the binaries supplied on line are built using MS 
VC++.

But its worth trying. Personally I always use Ghostscript rather than 
trying to use the batch files, because shell processing on Windows is 
hideous. (and I say that as an every day Windows developer)
