If a programming language needs to be powerful and very useful,
it must first select the best and safe libraries on the internet etc.
and try to glue them to the language, and try to glue
Matlab libraries to the language so that to be able to do mathematics ,
and try to glue the best simulation tools to the language and try to glue
the best optimization tools to the language etc. etc. this is how the 
programming language can boost by much the productivity and safety criteria.
