My Parallel archiver and my Parallel Compression Library were updated

My Parallel archiver was updated to version 5.02

And my Parallel Compression Library was updated to version 4.43

The Zstandard Dynamic Link Libraries for Windows and the Zstandard Shared Libraries for Linux were updated to the newer versions.

And i think that both my Parallel Compression Library and my Parallel archiver are stable and fast.

I have done a quick calculation of the scalability prediction for my Parallel Compression Library and my Parallel archiver, and i think it's good: they can scale beyond 100X on NUMA systems.
