I tried several variants on "windows" "java" "build" +"fastdebug" -"openJDK"
and only found people asking essentially the same question as Richard (plus
Richard himself, of course). What search terms did you use ?

I read the post as "older java "fastdebug" builds", which are in fact linked from the first Google result. Looks like my brain skipped right over that little 7. My bad.
