Qualifications:
Enterprise Records Retention implementations with Oracle URM.
 
General Duties/Tasks:
- Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. 
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development 
- Interview end users to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects.  
- Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. 
- Combine understanding of IT and business processes to recommend solutions.
- Identify options for implementation designs and provide the pros/cons of each option.
 
Required Skills/Experience:
- 6 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) and/or Oracle Records Management (URM), v10 G or 11G, most importantly the Desktop Integration Suite 
- Must have completed at least two Enterprise Records Retention implementations (with
Oracle URM)
- Experience developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules 
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing tool
- General familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
 
Experience with the Records Disposition Notification is a big plus!
