Oracle has been moving many of its files from download.oracle.com to docs.oracle.com. If you can't find something, look there, with the rest of the name unchanged. Yes they did. I got hundreds of them this morning. My BrokenLinks software modifies my links semi-automatically to follow the permanent redirects. I always fix them within 24 hours.
