I tested the TurboVNC, the performance was only slightly better then TightVNC. I would consider RDP over TightVNC although it does not have the same platform support. Ideally I would like a remote connection that was robust enough to handle 2d and 3d. I looking into game streaming technology, but have not found anything yet. It appears performance issues with VNC are common. I don't know... When i hit a wall, I post :)
