Hi All--

I am currently helping an attitudinal marketing company build a development team and specifically trying to locate the best java developers in the Washington, DC area with Big Data experience.
 
The company is an area leader in Big Data application and helps its customers’ marketing initiatives and campaigns by helping these customers understand the attitudes and beliefs of their consumers.
 
The company is located in Reston but has a heavy Silicon Valley feel even winning a SV award as a top 50 hottest start-up and won a regional award as the hottest startup in the DC area.
 
As a member of the java development team you will take part in agile best practices, develop optimal performing user interfaces, and due to a recent $20 MM investment, help scale the company’s current product beyond current capacity.
 
Compensation is market, benefits are second-to-none, and they often compete with Google and Amazon for the strongest developers around because of the company’s technological prowess and success in its marketplace.
