I can find the JDK 1.6 on-line docs at http://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/index.html I can find the JDK 1.7 downloadable docs at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/documentation/java-se-7-doc-download-435117.html But the downloadable 1.6 docs seem to have disappeared. Does anyone know where they are? -- Roedy Green Canadian Mind Products http://mindprod.com When you were a child, if you did your own experiment to see if it was better to put to cocoa into your cup first or the hot milk first, then you likely have the programmer gene..

Does anyone > know where they are? I have a copy downloaded well before the Oracle takeover, so I followed the link contained inside to download JDK6 docs. It led me to <http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html#docs> . The download link there appears to work. -- Steve W. Jackson Montgomery, Alabama
