Hi there, Just a quick question, I am starting a new personal Agile java project that will be pretty big. How do I approach it from an Agile perspective. I know a lot about Agile methods but should I NOT produce the usual Scope doc, Vision doc, Software requirements doc etc... I'm confused! Kevin.

By "personal" do you mean you'll be the only person working on it? > How do I approach it from an Agile perspective. [sic] I'm not sure what that means here. What is "an Agile perspective"? > I know a lot about Agile methods Do you? > but should I NOT produce the usual Scope doc, Vision doc, Software requirements doc etc... Who is the audience for these docs, should you produce them? > I'm confused! With whom will you hold your sprint meetings? Who is the client storyteller? -- Lew
