Preferably what?

I've seen worse, but your advertisement needs more professionalism and polish. Fix the grammar and typos at least. Even better, vet the requirement for completeness (preferably what?) and accuracy (they don't officially call it "J2EE" any more). I know that recruiters don't actually know anything about what programmers do, but somehow I keep wishing for you guys to make it appear as if you do.

Pipe dreams ...

I don't like job ads in non-job forums, though I think a case can be
made for it. I also agree with the points you made.

I've seen your posts in other threads. People can learn a lot from
reading your posts.

It also seems like you always have something critical and negative to
say. I don't mean that with any disrespect.

The name of the group is comp.lang.java.HELP. People are going to ask
questions and those questions aren't always going to be perfectly
researched, formatted, etc.

It is easier and costs you less time to simply not respond to a post
that you don't like for some reason.

Having a curmudgeonly attitude ( you aren't the only one ) just drives
people away from using this group as a resource. Acting any given also
encourages the habit of acting that way again. Being critical and
negative in these posts isn't going to foster habits that will do much
for your enjoyment of life.

No disrespect meant.

People always say that when they're being disrespectful.

Aren't you being critical of me here?
