Hi Steven,

Thanks for the details and your patience.

The problem was due to 64 bit version of java.

The 32 bit exe could not execute 64 bit version.

I have updated the files with two versions of exe files.
32 bit version and 64 bit version.

This should work fine on XP, Vista and Windows 7.
