What's the book on "pavan" noticing, much less heeding our pleas to leave us

I will not recommend that we email "pavan" swetha.kmr@gmail.com directly to 
express our displeasure.  That could cause a spam flood of thousands of emails 
into their inbox, and we wouldn't want to do that to them.
