Thinking about it, they've really only made two important mistakes...

1. They've chosen to give mouse-over feedback by repainting the whole 
control in a new colour, as opposed to simply drawing a focus effect 
around the edge.

2. They've showcased this with a demo that hasa some really, really BIG 
buttons. <g>
