Taking a look at the home page of EVE, it looks like it is more for
developing applications that can create a gui.  Is it possible to use
it to visually edit plugin interfaces?  For example, I create a view
and want to change the layout of the view presented to the user.  Is
that possible with Eclipse visual editor?
