HI GREETINGS FROM CREATIVE STAFFING JOB TITLE:JAVA DEVELOPER LOCATION:WASHINGTON DC DURATION:12 MONTHS CONTRACT:CORP TO CORP JOB DESCRIPTION: • Thorough familiarity with writing Java code, creating Enterprise Java Beans and servlets. • Thorough familiarity with JBoss or similar Enterprise Java server. The candidate should be able to administer these servers. • Thorough familiarity with Web Services and development of web applications; the candidate should be very familiar with Tomcat. • Experience with at least one major RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL) • Should be very familiar with complex SQL queries. Ability to use a reporting tool is a considerable plus. • Should be familiar with UNIX/LINUX, should know Shell scripts. • Excellent understanding of basic computer science concepts - parsing, binary searches, linked lists, etc. • Ability to understand and address complex problems and systems. • Openness to learning new technologies.
