HI Greetings from creative staffing JOB TITLE:Business Analyst Location:Parsippany-troy hills NJ Duration:12 months Contract:corp to corp JOB DESCRIPTION: • Will collaborate with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency, and improve work products for the enterprise. Key tasks include meeting leading, analysis, ability to flow processes and outstanding communication skills. • Will elicit and analyze business needs for highly complex projects and validate that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The Senior Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems. • He/She ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards. This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques. Will collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency, and improve work products for the enterprise. • Ability to communicate with all levels of management; both written and verbal. • Ability to summarize conversations and flow out processes - both business and technical.
