Job Description
Email Support Engineer
Location: Plano, TX/ Richmond, VA/ Remote until COVID
Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire/ Possible extension
Description:
Skill set comparable to a Senior Associate level Platform Engineer for email infrastructure, managing email gateway for external and internal emails in #GSuite.
Platform management, configuration rules, working with different #LOBs to build logical rule stacks for those requests.
Understanding of #DMARC - email authentication technology. #AWS background strongly preferred.
Role Info:
Hands on Email Support Engineer role with strong #SMTP & #DMARC background
Help manage the platform
Desktop support / tech support with Email Support/ Authentication background.
Top Skills:
Experience with #SMTP is a must
#DMARC Email Security experience is a must
Experience Rerouting & Traffic shaping is required
Nice to have:
#Cloud computing
#APIs
#Linux / Ubuntu
#PowerShell script
#Python Script
Soft Skills:
Must be logical and ability build Rules
