Where does it say that in the ANS Forth standard. Indeed the standard says:

"If not other control flow words are used, any program code after AGAIN 
will not be executed."

and

"Unless word-sequence has a way to terminate, this is an endless loop."


  So if you *do* need to exit the loop, you shouldn't be using it.
