When I first read about the LaunchPad it had 2K of Flash and 128 bytes
of RAM, and I wasn't interested. This system has 16K of Flash and 512
bytes of RAM --- that is plenty powerful for a Forth.

I have in mind a project for a board to control an irrigation system
for a garden, and this 4e4th might be a good way to go. It is already
possible to buy a computer at the hardware store that opens and closes
the valves on a schedule, but I want a computer that is smarter than
that (but still works with the standard valves). Has anybody else ever
done anything like this?

BTW, it is not clear to me what board the 4e4th runs on, or where I
buy it.
