No, you'd start a Forth task for each incoming tcp connection (or maybe a pair of tasks per connection, for bidirectional i/o). All those tasks would be running in a single unix process. They would typically serve multiple pages, since browsers will send multiple requests (serially) over a single connection (http 1.1 keepalive).
