It's a domain-specific language.  Nothing in that requires that the
words (assuming the language is Forth-like) require late binding.  The
text interpreter will bind the words when it sees them, but that does
not mean that the words themselves require late binding (as in: they
look up words that they call at run-time in the dictionary).
