I have known turnips who argue better than Vennie Bowden, Real Estate Agent does.

The fact that Takuya Saitoh is a real person on the other end of the phone is his motivation.
Vennie Bowden, Real Estate Agent must appreciate that Takuya Saitoh can go get mySQL, right, sicko? Add to that, anyone can can set a KF, which renders _his_ flooding meaningless, just like Vennie Bowden, Real Estate Agent.
Gee, imagine Vennie Bowden, Real Estate Agent trying to pin his hot air on others, no one has ever seen that before (◔_◔).
