I use masm and Win 32 assembly code to make 32 bit programs.

A lot of very good code is in other languages.

I downloaded and installed M.S. Visual Basic C ++ compiler.

6 hr. process.

I have never seen a more bloated package that didn't work. :-)

It took quite a while to un-install it and for me to restore settings
that it should have restored.
