You do realise that this requires admin access and implies (to the user) 
"not truly portable", even if you undo it afterwards?
Especially as the elevation prompt says ""Do you want to all the 
following program to make changes to this computer?"

Also, what happens when the office application crashes?
They get left registered in your application folder, causing collateral 
confusion to anything else that may want to use it.
