No he's not.  Go read the charter for this group - it's for all 
versions of visual basic - and last I checked, Microsoft got to 
determine what constitutes VB, not you.  You can defend your position 
in the microsoft.* heiarchy - but, not here.

Now, I still suggest to the op that they post to one of the more active 
.net groups - simply because they aren't likely to get any help around 
here.
