I've downloaded RO PyPI tar.gz file to my Win7, and extracted the contents using IZarc. According to R. Owen, I should be able to install the module from the command line by locating the folder C:\Users\Wayne\Downloads\RO-2.9.3. Once there I should type in Setup.py install. Well my Python 2.7 burped in that it had no idea where the Setup.py is. Maybe I need to add the location to the PATH? Any comments on this? Perhaps from someone who has done it before.
