| of windows 8 and metro.

  We'll see. From what I read WinRT is as much of
a wrapper-pretending-to-be-an-API as .Net is. May
as well script it.

  Geez, it's taking a lot to rouse you
out of the woodwork these days, Tom. :)

| HTML/JavaScript is just one way to create
| limited functionality metro apps.  Most apps will be C#/VB or C++ using
| wpf as the front end.  Some parts of the .net runtime will be mapped to
| winrt - but, .net is not dead.
