One build that I have comes from a few dark mode tips that some people have put out and just use in the arena and in some game play. The following is the rough build with some variant notes... Must have maxed skills are in Bold and Italics

I finally gave in and started on dark mode, and just beat it the other day, and it's not really that hard at all. My main tactic was to use Quen and jump around like a maniac, and then occasionally use Yrden during bosses or enemies with shields or a lot of hp. I had a easier time going through this then I did my first time on normal.

I tried Melitele s quest in dark mode and found an easy way to master it without killing anything by myself. Just concentrate on axii to charm one wraith and just run or roll to evade the third one. if the third on comes too close just charm it with axii. Repete till end. After 8-10 min the fight is over.

Under this setting, each and every foe represents a significant challenge. In addition to raising the difficulty bar, the mode includes several new sets of equipment/items that are linked through a dark legend detailed in the Journal.

I played dark mode on my first runthrough, and didn't find it too demanding, especially not with the special armour sets, which make at the very least the rest of the chapter you find each one in slightly trivial. Although if you get the chapter II one, be prepared to not get the chapter III one, as gold is way harder to grind in chapter 3. I found the Vignetting to be pretty irritating, especially because it happens in cut-scenes where he has his weapon out as well (weird choice imo), but the health-drain effect was pretty useful. Whoever was recommending just using the armour with different swords; ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO THIS because if you don't have even one part of the set equipped, including swords, then your health will constantly drain while you're in combat.

So, what's the big deal with this app? As you may have figured out, it can switch between Windows 11 dark and light modes based on various environmental cues. You could default to have it switch to dark mode at sunset and light mode at sunrise, or set it based on your latitude and longitude for even more accuracy. If you have a specific hour you want it to switch, you can do that too.

I've been using the app for the last few days, and it's been perfect. I run light mode during the day, but around 5 PM, it auto-switches to the Windows 11 dark theme without a hitch. I've specified the Surface Pro 8 to do the same, but go to the dark theme instead if unplugged.
