The editor was developed as a routeplanner for running. This means that you could go draw you route, and get the length of it. Later on you could input the duration of the run, and render it on your website. Its great for looking back at how you preformed earlier.


Import/Upload: It is also possible to upload and editexisting GPS routes or to convert GPS routes into GPS waypointlists and vice versa. When uploading waypoints or routes the routeplanner does not import elevations. However when scrolling orclicking through the waypoint list the Google elevation servicewill add the elevation values and the route planner automaticallyincludes them for the gpx-file download.
