Pain in the lower back is a common musculoskeletal problem during pregnancy with the prevalence of pregnant women in Indonesia being 4.8%, while for West Java it is 5.3%. One way to improve health during pregnancy is to do light exercise such as pregnancy exercise. Pregnancy exercise is able to release endorphins in the body, where the function of endorphins is as a sedative and can reduce back pain in pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain in third trimester pregnant women at Ciawi Hospital. This quasi-experimental study used a one group pretest and posttest design. The population totaling 20 respondents. The instrument used in this study was the Wong Baker FACES Rating Scale for pain measurement. Pregnancy exercise is done for 1 month to reduce back pain in pregnant women. Introduction: Back pain and low back pain are discomforts that are often encountered in third trimester pregnant women this is due to changes in the structure of the mother's body due to increasing gestational age. Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing the discomfort of back pain and low back pain in third trimester pregnant women. Methods: This research was a pre-experimental research design with the One Group Pre test - Post test Design approach. The sample of this research was third trimester pregnant women who experienced back pain and low back pain in the Mamboro Public Health Center area. The number of samples of this research was 33 people, taken using total sampling technique. The hypothesis of this research is accepted that there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing the discomfort of back pain and low back pain in third trimester pregnant women in the Mamboro Public Health Center area in Palu. Results: The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test analysis, it indicates that the ρ value of back pain before and after pregnancy exercise is 0.002 (


Leg edema is one of the changes that occur during pregnancy is often a complaint of the mother gravida. Leg edema is caused because no smoothening the flow of blood at the foot. By doing pregnancy exercise regularly can improve blood circulation. This study aims to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise to decrease the degree of leg edema in the mother Gravida trim ester II and III. This study used a pre-experimental design with using one group pre-post test approach. This population was Capital gravida Trimester II and III physiologically leg edema in Pustu Lirboyo of Kediri as many as 17, while the samples used partly Capital Gravida Trimester II and III as many as 16 people using Random Sampling technique. The results showed 16 respondents before pregnancy exercise most of the level of edema in grade 2 of 8 people (50%) and after pregnancy exercise most of the level of edema in grade 1 as many as 12 people (75%). Results of data analysis obtained using the Wilcoxon test p value = 0.000, because the p value 0.000 &lt;0.05, which means there is a pregnancy exercise influence on the degradation of leg edema mother gravida trimester II and III. By doing regular pregnancy exercise during pregnancy it will indirectly affect the blood circulation of the mother. To that can reduce leg edema in the mother gravida trimester II and III.


Latar belakang: Salah satu keluhan yang dialami oleh ibu hamil adalah nyeri pinggang. Nyeri pinggang ini bisa dirasakan di semua tingkat usia kehamilan, namun paling banyak dirasakan saat kehamilan tua (trimester ketiga). Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri pinggang tersebut adalah dengan melakukan senam hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara senam hamil dengan nyeri pinggang pada ibu hamil trimester III di RSIA Puri Bunda.


Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang mengikuti senam hamil di RSIA Puri Bunda yang berjumlah 31 orang, sebagai sampel yang ditentukan seluruh populasi penelitian. data dikumpulkan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2016 dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara bivariat dengan uji speraman rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antara senam hamil dengan nyeri pinggang pada ibu hamil trimester III.


Kesimpulan: Senam hamil yang dilaksanakan ibu hamil trimester III mempunyai hubungan dengan keluhan nyeri pinggang. Ibu yang melakukan senam hamil secara teratur maka semakin kecil keyakinan mengalami keluhan nyeri pinggang. 


Kehamilan dan persalinan merupakan suatu proses yang alami dan menimbulkan rasa sakit. Namun banyak wanita yang merasakan sakit tersebut lebih parah dari seharusnya karena banyak dipengaruhi oleh rasa panik dan stres. Senam hamil adalah salah satu cara yang dapat membantu wanita hamil untuk mengatasi kecemasannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keikutsertaan senam hamil dalam mengurangi kecemasan primigravida dalam menghadapi persalinan di Puskesmas Kecamatan wilayah barat Tahun 2015. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimental dengan jenis rancangan non equivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil Primigravida trimester ketiga yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Puskesmas Kecamatan wilayah barat tahun 2015 terdiri dari kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Teknik analisis data dengan uji T test untuk melihat perbedaan dari keikutsertaan senam hamil pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Hasil uji statistic independent T test diketahui bahwa nilai p=0,00 dengan α=0,05 dinyatakan bahwa senam hamil efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida dalam menghadapi persalinan.






Third trimester pregnant women who do pregnancy exercises at Bidan Hj. Nani S,AM. Keb Labuhanbatu Clinic is still need some attention. This is because pregnancy exercises are done to help the maternal physical readiness in facing childbirth but some of them ignore it. This is caused by factors of knowledge, work and husband's support about pregnancy exercise. This study aims to determine the affecting factors on third trimester pregnant women in performing pregnancy exercises at Bidan Hj. Nani S,AM.keb Labuhanbatu Clinic in 2020. This research type use analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The population was the third trimester pregnant women who participated in pregnancy exercise at the Clinic amounting 30 people and all were sampled by Total Population Technique. Data were analyzed by using chi-square test. Chi-square statistical test results with a significant level of sig α .05 in knowledge obtained p-value 0,000


Pregnancy exercise is a suggested movement for pregnant women to prepare physically, and mentally pregnant women during pregnancy and improve the health of pregnant women. Pregnancy disorder that usually happened is pregnant women with high level of anxiety of trimester 2 and 3. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on the level of anxiety of pregnant women trimester 2 and 3 in the Village Margaluyu Work Area Puskesmas Kasemen Year 2017. Type of research using quasi experiment pre post without control design. The sample that used by 14 pregnant women were taken using total sampling. Instruments that used was Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS). Result of the t test of dependent obtained significant value is p = 0.000. The conclusions show that there is an effect of anxiety levels before and after pregnancy exercise. The advice for health workers can provide motivation to pregnant women about the importance of pregnancy exercise for the health of pregnant women.


Sleep quality, if not met, will affect the health of the fetus. Pregnant women need about eight hours to sleep at night, besides napping is also needed by pregnant women when entering the second and third trimesters. The more complaints the mother feels so that it interferes with rest at bedtime. One solution to overcome this discomfort is to use the pregnancy exercise method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on sleep quality in second and third trimester pregnant women at the Kema Minahasa Public Health Center, North Sumatra. This type of research use a pre-experiment in the form of a one-group Pre-post-test design. The population of this study was pregnant women in the second and third trimester. In the area of the North Kema MInahasa Public Health Center with a total of 16 respondents, the sample Technique used proposive sampling. Nyeri Punggung merupakan keluhan umum yang disampaikan oleh ibu hamil saat kehamilan memasuki usia trimester III. Nyeri punggung adalah salah satu ketidaknyamanan yang sering dirasakan ibu hamil pada trimester III. Nyeri punggung dapat terjadi karena adanya tekanan pada otot punggung ataupun pergeseran pada tulang punggung sehingga menyebabkan sendi tertekan. Dan mencapai puncak pada minggu ke 24 sampai dengan minggu ke 28 yaitu tepat sebelum pertumbuhan abdomen mencapai titik maksimum. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat penatalaksanaan senam hamil untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III. Senam hamil memiliki manfaat diantaranya yaitu memperbaiki sirkulasi darah, mengurangi nyeri pinggang, mengontrol berat badan ibu, mencegah sembelit dan varices, menguatkan otot-otot panggul, mempermudah proses persalinan, mempersiapkan fisik dan mental ibu dalam menjalami proses kelahiran. Studi kasus ini yaitu mampu melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan nyeri punggung dengan penatalaksanaan senam hamil . Metode yang dipakai yaitu dengan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan kemudian didokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOAP. Pengambilan kasus dilaksanakan dengan mendatangi PMB Rosita STr.Keb yang berada di Jalan Taman karya,kelurahan tuah karya,kecamatan tampan Kota Pekanbaru.Selanjutnya penulis mencari pasien ibu hamil trimester III dengan nyeri punggung. Selanjutnya penulis melakukan kontak pertama dengan pasien dan kesepakatan dengan pasien. Setelah itu pasien setuju dengan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat. Asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan nyeri punggung dengan pentalaksaan senam hamil selama 2 kali kunjungan dalam 2 minggu. Evaluasi asuhan, setelah diberikan asuhan senam hamil, nyeri punggung ibu berkurang. Diharapkan kepada ibu hamil trimester III untuk mengetahui cara penanganan nyeri punggung yaitu dengan cara penatalaksanaan senam hamil, dan diharapkan kepada PMB untuk menjadikan senam hamil menjadi kegitan rutinitas setiap minggu. dan dalam keadaan pendemi diharapkan kepada bidan untuk membuat grup ibu hamil dan mengirimkan video ke dalam grup senam hamil, dan latihan senam hamil dilakukan secara daring sehingga ibu dapat merasakan latihan senam hamil 1 minggu sekali.
