Wait for at least a day without playing the game. If that does not work try logging out of your internet connection then log back in with the same internet connection the to back to the game and it will work

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? All of the legends ( But i was playing Wraith / Pathfinder / Octane )

Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? All legends as i was playing with randoms, so there was ash, bloodhound, mad maggie and more.

Where did the issue occur? In a match

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. This issue is happening in all the current maps, Some games i'm simply walking towards zone and some other games i was engaging in a team fight when randomly my game crashes.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Walking, Shooting, Reacting fast to enemies, etc...

Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? The issue is occurring every game or every 2 games

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) On the update date 20/6/2023

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay

What happens when the bug occurs? I am encountering this issue during team fights or while traversing the game map, ultimately leading to an abrupt closure of the client without any error messages.

What should be happening instead? Shouldn't Crash

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, as it's happening randomly and has been occurring since the mid-season update on June 20, 2023
