Hi, I'm having issues with my samsung SE-506cb bluray player, sometimes it would disconnect while it loads up the disc or it would disconnect randomly while watching a movie or series. At first I did have these problems while watching a series but it eventually stopped up until now. samsung download video player Download https://fratygfsense.blogspot.com/?a=2x18xC Hi Andrew20, issues were previously reported with this Blu Ray player/Writer and some customers had problems with Windows 10 devices, are you using Windows 10 on the affected device? However some users reported that using a USB 3.0 cable solved the issue, know you have already tried a split cable. Yes I am on windows 10, sadly my computer does not have any USB 3.0 slots(as far as I know), I'm currently using Cyberlink Power DVD12 as it came with the bluray player. I'll try out these last few cables and see if the problem continues, if it does I'll might have to get a different bluray player. Im a loyal samsung customer for all samsung products but SAMSUNG REALLLLY NEEDS T9 FIX THIS. I can't believe they haven't already. I tried my hardest but after 3 days I gave up. Im so unhappy and angry about this obviously. With the unit on and no disc in, hold down the "Forward Skip" button on the front of the player for 5 seconds. The player will factory reset. You may wel have tried switching off at mains for period and may not be the solution but sometimes worth a try. Noticed you had posted in other forums, have never had this player myself- will need if others can assist or any other members have particular experience of this one. However possibly the machine has developed a fault, though obviously All Region Discs appear to be fine. For a while I have had Blu Ray Players myself. I have the S95B 65" Oled TV. I have the following HDMI connectionsHDMI 1 - Roku, HDMI 2 - Apple TV, HDMI 3 (eARC) - Samsung Q600B Soundbar. On the HDMI port on the soundbar I have connected to it a Panasonic Bluray player. HDMI 4 - Nvidia Shield My problem is the tv keeps trying to change the input to the Panasonic Bluray even when I'm using other devices or even when I'm using a built in app on the tv (Amazon, Disney+, etc). I have disabled eARC on the bluray player and this problem still persists. Recently my Watch got an update. Since then the Watch has trouble showing the music player I use on my phone. I either use S2 or Youtubw Music. As I have seen Youtube Music is no problem, but S2 is a problem. Before the update the Watch never had problem showing S2 on the Watch, but now it's seldom happening. Does anyone know what the problem might be? i have the same problem. No matter what i played on mobile, nothing happen on my watch 4 screen. i think it was happen after 2 recent updates. Before that, when i played video on youtube, music on spotify or YTmusic, my watch alway pop the media up and i can fully control on watch. Now it was just annoying, im using smart watch but still have to manually open media player on it What can I do to have this media player user interface (or similar) on my TV? I know I can connect the hard drive (via USB) to the TV, and I can actually play most of the files. However the files / folders are displayed in a horrible user interface (or lack of one) format that is hard to use, i.e. only part of the folder/file names are displayed. And it does not let me 'drill down" to many of the sub folders. Any suggestions? WD TV Live HD Media Player works on all TVs having HDMI port and USB port. It also work on Samsung Smart TV. As it is showing only WD screen without any data files, you may try to check after reset of WD Media player device. Traditionally, a TV is a device for watching media. Many Smart TV applications provide videos, images, and music. This chapter will provide examples of basic screen layouts for convenient media players that are suitable for use on the TV. Only one physical button, the PLAY/PAUSE button (), can directly control the playback. For this reason, any video player application must provide on-screen playback controls so that the users can control the playback as with a traditional remote control. The on-screen playback controls must be accessible with the SELECT and 4 navigation buttons or by using the pointing interactions with the Smart Remote. Our Netgear 6300 router stopped working so we replaced it with a new Netgear 6300v2. Our Samsung Bluray player (BP-P1600) is still trying to access the old router and I am unable to change it to the new one. The old router is the only one that shows up under Access Point in the Bluray network settings. When I select it, a "Cannot find access point" message pops up and there are no options for changing it. Samsung customer support was unable to help. Tried resetting both the router and the bluray player and still only the address for the old router shows up in the Access Point field. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your response. Both are different. I did get the new router to show up as an available Access Point by removing and reinserting the Wireless LAN adapter from the back of the DVD player (to correct a typo in my original message, the model is BD-P1600), but still cannot get it to work. I have tried entering the security code in each authentication mode (Open, WEP, WPAPSK, WPA2PSK) and get a message that the network cannot be accessed. It doesn't say why, just that it cannot. Very frustrating. Would welcome any suggestions you might have about that. Hi guys, I have a new Macbook pro so it does not have a built in CD reader. I just went to target and purchased a Samsung DVD player that I as planning on hooking up to my computer using an HDMI cord. I opened the DVD app on the computer but nothing is happening. Any suggestions? Listen to all kinds of music with Samsung Music, a great music player that supports, MP3, WMA, AAC and FLAC files. Not only that, but this app will instantly detect, import and organize all the music on your device. Samsung Music has all the features you could wish for in a great Android music player, including lock screen controls and the ability to create playlists. This app also has an equalizer you can use to customize the playback. I do not have HTTP / HTTPS scanning on. My older Blu-Ray players 3 plus years old with Netflix work just fine. I am guessing that the Samaung unit needs to talk to a NTP server and sync it's time with before it will stream the Netflix or the others. Any suggestions or has anyone else experienced this with a Samsung blu-ray player streaming Netflix / YouTube, Prime? I do see many people seem to experience this issue with the units, but not seen a sure fix offered in the post for that. All I can see if something about the NTP time sync. Why this device needs to sync with time when it does not display a time or anything on screen related to time is a mystery. My tow older other brand players don't care or must not use NTP and work fine. Ideas, suggestions? One think I might try is to crimp a really long Ethernet cable to go from my DSL modem directly to the Blu-ray player and see if it will get and updated it's time, and then if things play, plug it back into my normal LAN passing through XG. Next question is if the thing does a NTP every time you click on a streaming service or not. I am using AT&T DSL Internet (Uverse service, and no I am not lucky to have the fiber to the house, but it is over copper) I was told I could have up to 6 devices on the modem, so I am guessing have up to 6 I.P. addresses? Anyway, glad the TV has two HDMI inputs, Use the old Blu-ray to stream Netflix, and the Samsung to play DVD's since the DVD drive on the old unit stopped working. Miss not having YouTube and Prime. To connect your Samsung TV, projector, Blu-ray player, or home theater system to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and select the option below that best describes your device. The UBD-K8500 was tested to see if it could precisely read all of the information on a Blu-ray disc, which also bears the UHDA Premium logo, and reproduce what exactly is needed to meet true premium UHD picture quality. Moving forward, ULTRA HD PREMIUM logo from the UHDA will be included on all Samsung Ultra Blu-ray players to help consumers easily identify premium technologies and choose products with confidence. I work for city government and we have an issue viewing our city meetings through a government portal that needs flash to play on our digital signage smart TV's. and for the same reason, our own government content cannot be played in our city hall. ( we have a digital signage workaround in place but it is going to cost alot for the players and licensing). I understand this issue is because of the browser that comes with Samsung smart TV's, but isn't it possible to build a player enabled app for smart TV's? Adobe is pretty crafty and I am sure you have a couple good programmers who could lead the charge on this! (and quite possibly corner the smart TV browser market!) You don't need adobe flash for the samsung... go to the apps and activate the app you want to view such as hbogo. You will get a pin but you have to enter the hbogo activation website through your computer while you have the tv pin on the screen, once activated in this manner you will be able to view the shows without adobe flash player 35fe9a5643
