In addition to the above, there's Xbasic, specifically the fork called XBlite. It's about perfect for the OP's needs, but the language takes some getting used to. Includes a PDF manual. (None of the below are free.) I like PowerBASIC, but that language is amazingly complex: instead of extending the language with libraries (or whatever), they extend the language with new keywords. (I haven't counted, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were over 1000 in the current version.) Dead tree manual available for a (non-trivial) extra fee. Liberty Basic can do windows pretty easily. Not sure if they offer a printed manual, but does include PDF documentation. PureBasic is another popular cross-platform BASIC. Again, unsure if a printed manual is available. There's also REALbasic (or whatever it's called this week). Cross-platform, *really* easy to do windows, etc., but not sure if the graphics capabilities are along the lines of OP's needs. Also unsure about a printed manual. -- You're cute when you drink so much that you let your vagina be your logic calculator.
