Hello Everyone,
              I am new to gnuplot. I am trying to plot max,min. But when i tried using "GPVAL_DATA_Y_MIN", I got undefined variable error. Please see below:

gnuplot> plot "sample.dat" using 1:2

gnuplot> print GPVAL_DATA_Y_MIN
         undefined variable: GPVAL_DATA_Y_MIN

            I am currently using Version 4.0 patchlevel 0. Can you please suggest what am I missing here ?
