I have read the gnuplot 4.6 manual, searched this group and the net, checked the gnuplot.ini file--and still am unable to make it work.

How exactly do I set the GNUPLOT_LIB parameter and use the loadpath command so that gnuplot automatically points to a certain folder, e.g., C:\Data\Spectroscopy\UV and makes it a working directory upon starting?
