How to plot a 2D contour diagram with only 2 Column?

I have some diffraction data with different temperature. The data files is only two columns(x: degree, y: intensity). It is possible I use this series data to plot a 2d contour diagram? (Maybe I can regard temperature as z)

The diagram should be like this.(Figure 6)
