dear all
I have knowdge with gnuplot but I have found 2 (simple) problems to draw my figure
1. on my figure, I have to put a simple point (for example, with coordinate 7/3 and 1)
2. I have to draw (on the same figure), a function with min and max function 
for example
f(x) = min (7/3 , max(2,1.66+x)) x in 0,1
