Just for kicks, what type of roof top/outdoor antenna (57 element?) does
this house need to get the local broadcast English channels on an one
floor house? Obviously, the antennae need to be returnable if these
tests fail. http://i.imgur.com/LTao8.jpg for the aerial shot of the
rooftop (note that it has a satellite dish already from previous owners).
