No, CodeBase 5 does not directly support any SQL commands, although you will be aware that many of the commands available within xbase are very similar to many SQL commands, and both may have a similar origin. So a lot of what you might do with SQL can be achieved with CodeBase. No, I have not used SQLite, although I have used SQL and MySQL, using FreeBasic software.
