I am working with a customer who has an old version of Progress and I need to automate the running of a RESULTS EXPORT on a daily basis.

I need to pull data to another system which I plan to use FTP for this. If possible, I would like to run the job to run the extract using the remote command function in FTP.

An alternate would be to add the RESULTS extract to a daily job scheduler. It has no parameters to pass so running the extract should be easy to run on a scheduled basis.

Can anyone provide a solution or suggestions.

TIA

Darryl Frankel
