Thanks for a reply.

It was on Kubuntu 14.04, and I didn't run any updates at all. "service postgresql start" didn't worked as well. 

I tryied to dig it, but the time was short, so I backed up a database, and re-installed OS, put it back, and now it works.

I've no idea what the problem was, and can't invistigate it further, since that system is no more.
