postgresql-9.4 installation fails on debian wheezy

hi there! :)

in my file:

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/postgres.list

I got:

deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ wheezy-pgdg main

after the installation process I have to enter:

pg_createcluster 9.4 main -start

but the answer is:

Creating new cluster 9.4/main ...
  config /etc/postgresql/9.4/main
  data   /var/lib/postgresql/9.4/main
  locale en_US.UTF-8
Flags of /var/lib/postgresql/9.4/main set as -------------e-C
could not change directory to "/etc/apt/sources.list.d": Permission denied
initdb: could not look up effective user ID 104: Permission denied
Error: initdb failed

os is debian wheezy

what can I do?
