A co-worker found

This documents a bug. What set it off for me is not having a primary
key in the Subaccounts and TranTypes tables. I mistakenly specified
"unique" instead of "primary key". With that change, the error went
away.
Edit Top 200 Rows still gloms onto a connection, and I can not
rerun my script which drops the database prior to recreating it. That
problem is minor.
