I have not tried this tool myself, but there is a third method offered by MS (SQL Server Migration Assistant) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28763 Further I guess Access 2000 upsizing wizard works best with SQL Server 2000 as it was made for it these days.
