A dialog for me is somethin where I can enter yes or no, or just "ok".
I dialog will appear when you open the files, since sharing is not yet
enabled.

You did not explain yet how you tried to enable sharing.

Please do some screenshots of your attempts and put them somewhere
online. It remains unclear which steps you did.
