They won't listen. Crashes do depend on many different variables: your hardware, your OS version, your installed programs or maybe even on the order of applications you opened. As long as you don't have a 100% sure method to reproduce the crash, a company is able to fix this crash, as long as there is no other tool to monitor the crash condition. Thus maybe Apple might be interested - but Filemaker won't mind. They do not even have any reasonable bugtracking software for external customers - although FMP could be used for this purpose. Don't bother about the "Professional" within the application's name. That's just advertisment. Neither price nor support du qualify for that label. - Martin
